2019 World Chinese Pool Masters #1, Linyi Station is going to kick off. As the opening tournament of this year on the ICEA calendar, the importance of it is self-evident. With just a day to go, players are experiencing a short rest before the battle.
Tucked away from the Cherry blossoms on a lofty mountain, is the tournament venue. The facility boasts 16 tables, and we already have players shooting around, including familiar faces in the likes of Mori Manabu, Enrique Rojas and Justin Campbell. 384 Chinese pool masters from all over the world gather here, Linyi will soon become the stage for them to show their superior skills.
The venue is situated in the Menglianggu Mountain, a famous revolutionary base in Chinese history. A well-known battle in Chinese modern history took place here. Just like the revolutionary spirit of China, "A single spark can start a prairie fire". Chinese Pool, which has gradually become a prairie fire, will surely take on the world sooner or later.
The champion of this tournament will receive a huge paycheck of RMB 150,000. Prize money for other places has also been increased.
You will find full-on live coverage including live streams and player interviews of the 10-day tournament in our page ICEA Chinese Pool. Stay tuned and let the games begin!
